University Retirement Plans
91AV provides a 403(b) pre-tax and post-tax retirement savings plan opportunity for full- and half-time benefit-eligible employees upon enrollment. Employees can elect to contribute to any combination of the pre-tax and post-tax savings options up to the IRS annual contribution limits. There is no waiting period to begin contributing. Eligible employees can enroll and increase or decrease their contribution percentage in 91AV’s 403(b) at any time.
Once an individual becomes eligible for university contributions, 91AV will match an actively contributing participant’s combined pre-tax and post-tax salary contributions dollar for dollar up to 8% of their eligible income.
Employees select their 403(b) retirement plan investment funds directly through Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments representatives and their online retirement planning tools can assist with your retirement planning decisions.
