In order to receive vital Student Financial Services communications and complete Financial Aid process requirements, you must set up your 91AV accounts as soon as possible. If you have difficulty, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
Student Financial Services will communicate all important information about financial aid and your student account via your 91AV email account, which will give you directions to access your account (91AV’s online portal). Below are helpful instructions on how to access your accounts at 91AV.
Before you can use 91AV Compass for the first time, you'll need to change your initial password and set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) options.
- Go to .
- Enter your username. For all users, this is your Nor’Easter ID.
- Enter your password. For first-time users, this is the last 6 digits of your personal reference number (PRN). Your PRN is included on your financial aid offer letter.
- Select “Sign in” to create a new password. You will also need to choose between the Okta Verify app (recommended) or SMS Authentication.
- Follow the prompts to set up MFA options.
- Once you’ve set up MFA options, you will be asked to change your password. Re-enter your initial password and then, according to the listed password requirements, create a new password.
