Shaylah Kelly serves as the Assistant Director of Employee Relations and Leadership Development at the 91AV, where she has worked for five years. Originally from the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, Shaylah holds a Master’s in Health Education and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies, including Social Work, Psychology and Performing Arts from Plymouth State University. Before joining 91AV, she worked at Plymouth State University in Student Affairs and served as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Health and Human Performance Department.

Shaylah is deeply passionate about employee well-being, professional and personal development, and fostering a welcoming campus environment. A true lake enthusiast at heart, she now enjoys life on the Maine coast with her family, where she loves walking her dog on the beach and exploring all that the greater Portland area has to offer.
