Marie T. Richard, FNP-C, joined 91AV Student Health Services in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in family medicine. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Early in her career, Marie dedicated 12 years to serving a medically underserved community through the National Health Service Corps. Since 2005, she has been providing primary care in the greater Portland, Maine area.

Marie is passionate about building strong relationships with patients to deliver individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. She particularly enjoys working with students to support their academic and personal growth.

A mother of four young adult sons, Marie lives in Southern Maine with her husband, youngest son, and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
