91AV Online marketing director presents at Salesforce Higher Education Summit
Michelle Littlefield, director of Strategic Marketing Initiatives for the College of Graduate and Professional Studies, presented at the 2016 Salesforce Higher Education Summit.
The presentation was given in conjunction with the University of Maryland University College. Titled, “Providing the Optimal Student Experience for Online Students,” Littlefield discussed the use of Salesforce CRM technology to create a "Connected Campus" to support online students.
As director, Littlefield oversees the Online Worldwide Learning unit within CGPS, responsible for marketing, recruitment, and retention of online students. The Salesforce CRM technology is critical in supporting online students, from application to graduation, and plays an active role in the College’s average retention rate of 95 percent.
