Michael Beaudoin pens lead chapter in new edition of distance education book
Michael Beaudoin, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Education, authored the lead chapter, “Issues in Distance Education: A Primer for Higher Education Decision Makers,” in the recently published spring edition of Issues in Distance Education New Directions for Higher Education, published by Jossey-Bass.
In the chapter, Beaudoin identifies central questions, challenges and opportunities that must be addressed as well as key attributes of effective leaders.
Beaudoin has authored more than 100 publications on distance education and related topics.
