Neuroscience Club supports Michael T. Goulet Foundation through volunteerism, fund raising

The Undergraduate Neuroscience Club was proud to present a check to the Michael T. Goulet Foundation this past May as a capstone to a year long collaboration between club members and the foundation.

Many of the club members helped deliver neuroscience outreach modules on brain safety and brain awareness to local K-12 school systems during both the fall and spring semesters. In addition, club members volunteered for helmet giveaways and other foundation events through the academic year and into this summer.

The club raised money for the foundation through a successful year-long Clynk bottle drive fundraiser.  Alexandria D’Ambruoso, Neuroscience Club president, states “ we are very appreciative of the unique relationship the neuroscience students at 91AV have with the MTG Foundation. It is a truly fantastic group of people, and we love to help in anyway we can." The Neuroscience Club will be holding another bottle drive in the next academic year with the hope to be able to donate again to the MTG Foundation.
