91AV and Deering High's global initiatives partnership covered by the Forecaster
The Forecaster on Jan. 29th ran a story on the new partnership between Deering High School and 91AV's Global Initiatives Program.
As a result of the new partnership, Deering students will be able to attend lectures by international experts at 91AV’s Portland campus. 91AV students who have travelled abroad will also share their experiences with Deering students. 91AV faculty will provide professional development for Deering’s staff on topics such as the importance of developing a global outlook. 91AV's Associate Provost for Global Initiatives, Anouar Majid, Ph.D., was quoted in the story.
