Kevin Pearce, Former Competitive Snowboarder

Free and open to the public

Kevin Pearce, a former competitive snowboarder, survived a severe traumatic brain injury 9 years ago while preparing for the winter Olympics. He now focuses his efforts on teaching the community about brain health, the role of helmets in sports safety, and how recovery through rehabilitation has improved his life and abilities.

All students, professional staff, and faculty are welcome to attend Kevin's talk. Following the talk, there will be a Q&A session and reception.
