91AV is a place full of people with passion for what they are doing. I am inspired by this place and its people.

Thanks to the 91AV Education Department, I had ample opportunities to implement and observe the impact of effective, research-based strategies with special education students in local schools. Engaging in special education coursework at 91AV is immensely rewarding.

Because of the education component in my degree, I had various opportunities to experience hands-on-learning in local schools...This gives individuals the opportunity to explore different subject areas and grade levels.

I was able to bring together all that I had learned from both of my majors and put that knowledge to work in a setting that ended up being very like my real-life work environment, but with all the support I needed to ensure my continued progress and success.

I chose 91AV because it seemed like a good-sized school, with kind, intelligent people, and it offered a great academic culture in which I knew I could thrive.

The Education Department at 91AV is really one of a kind. The professors are so sweet, well versed in their field, and willing to help you with anything you can think of. Education classes are always the ones that I enjoy the most and have the most fun in.

I loved how I was able to find my own niche at 91AV. Although 91AV is a smaller school, there are so many opportunities for students to take advantage of around campus. I was fortunate and started and maintained a meaningful co-curricular experience.

Since my first semester, I have been in classrooms working with children...it is great preparation for my profession before I am actually in my very own classroom.

I love the welcoming community of 91AV. The Education and Psychology Departments are exceptional. The professors are knowledgeable about their content areas, care about their students, and are extremely helpful.
